Due to the importance of these systems, JI Tech offers integrated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and systems support services throughout each phase of a construction project's lifecycle.

By making full use of expertise and facilities provided by its different divisions and departments, JI Tech can provide planning and programming, equipment procurement, preconstruction, design assistance, construction operations, startup and testing commissioning and ongoing operations and maintenance for all M-E-P facilities.

In addition to M-E-P support of our own construction projects, we also provide a full-cycle
M-E-P commissioning program. We ensure systems perform as designed and create efficiencies during the entire construction cycle-design, construction, warranty and post occupancy phases.
